ON MONDAY MRS LEI CAME TO ROOM17,SHE TOLD US ABOUT TONGAN FABRICS. WE LEARNED THAT PEOPLE WHO DIE NEED TO BE COVERD BY TAPA CLOTH, AND ONLY FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED TO LOOK UNDER THE TAPA CLOTH.SHE BROUGHT SOME TONGAN CLOTHS, SHE TOLD US HOW STUFF IS DYED BROWN,THIS IS HOW PEOPLE DO IT,FIRST THEY PUT THE CLOTHING IN A MUDDY PART OF THE BEACH, AND THEN THEY PUT ROCKS ON IT,THEN THEY LEAVE IT THERE FOR A WEEK,THEN THEY BRING IT BACK.SHE ALSO LET SOME OF US WEAR THE CLOTHS. IT WAS FUN. MOST OF THE CLOTHS WERE MADE BY MRS LEI'S MOTHER, AND SOME WERE MADE BY MRS LEI AND MRS LEI'S MOTHER.

In Room 17 we are good at catching flies for Mrs Clough's frogs. One frog has one eye, one has crooked legs and the other ones are greedy. So far we have caught 3 flies to take home for the frogs.
